As a way of giving back to the arts and culture community, we’re proud to offer each organization attending the 2024 PatronManager Community Meeting our free PatMan Checkup! Here’s how it works:
- We’ll schedule a one-hour Zoom call with you and your team, where we’ll introduce ourselves, review the scope of the project, and address any questions or concerns.
- If you choose to move forward, we’ll send you a Nondisclosure Statement that affirms our commitment to your data privacy and security. If that looks good, you’ll provide us with system administrator access to your PatronManager account. You must have an available Salesforce license in order for us to perform this service! We are not allowed to buy licenses on your behalf or access under someone else’s login. If you do not have an available license in your account, let us know; we may be able to get around it temporarily.
- Our team will spend a few hours combing through your account and looking at how you use it. We’ll check if the system is up-to-date, take stock of what features you’re using, review your usage of reports and dashboards, examine your page layouts, custom fields, roll-ups, integrations, automations, and more.
- When we’ve gathered our findings, we’ll schedule another one-hour Zoom meeting with you and your team. We’ll tell you what we learned, make suggestions for what needs to be done, and also take time to answer your staff’s specific questions and concerns.
- That’s it! You and your PatronManager admin can decide to address these recommendations in-house or engage with NeverDark to handle it for you. There’s no obligation and no cost for the checkup. Consider it our thanks for all you do to help keep the arts and culture alive in your community!
